  • What is the FIERCE Plan?

    A comprehensive 8-week phased training program that is designed to enhance your overall fitness, strength, and lean muscle mass. We accomplish this through thoughtful workout programming, incorporating various training styles and techniques to keep you engaged while preventing overtraining injuries.

  • What You Get

    Each week you get 5 NEW 45 minute workouts coached by Monica. The FIERCE workout plan consists of:

    Three targeted strength training sessions

    One cardio interval workout

    One active recovery session each week

    Additionally, there’s a bonus workout available for those who wish to incorporate an extra day into their routine.

    You can complete these workouts anywhere and on your schedule.

  • Who can do FIERCE?

    All Movement Studio memberships have access to all the FIERCE workouts. Or you can purchase the 8 weeks for a 1 time payment of $59.

    FIERCE is designed for those at intermediate or advanced fitness levels, recommended for individuals with consistent workout experience and confidence in their fitness abilities.

    If you are a beginner we recommend trying our MOVE20 workout plan or Fit & Functional workouts with Marie.
